Pančavská Meadow

Špindlerův Mlýn 54351
The Pančavská Louka is a large sub-alpine meadow with peat-bog of Nordic type.

The locality is known for the source of the Pančava River, whose water falls down over the edge of the Labský Důl to the Pančavská Jáma, and creates a truly unique cascade waterfall whose total height is 40 m. The fall-over point offers one of the most spectacular views of the Krkonoše: it is called Ambrožova Vyhlídka. At the western edge of the meadow, there is an important crossroads of the western part of the Krkonoše: it is called U Čtyř Pánů.

Locality: to the northwest from Špindlerův Mlýn.
